Christmas Cards

Another wonderful Challenge to keep my blog updated from SOC. Here are 3 cards that I created using some of the items that I made for other swaps. The wreath, the large snowflake, and the bulbs were the items I created for Christmas Swaps on Cricut-licious from Sparkpeople.com and also from the Swappin Sisters Club.

Thanksgiving Cards

Here are two cards that I created for Thanksgiving as part of the Holiday Bloggers from SOC (Sisters of Color) page. I have never done Thanksgiving Cards before and since I just did them on Thanksgiving night I will have to save them for next year to actually give out.

On this card I used Recollections Cardstock that looks like card board. Love this paper. I stamped the Sentiment Grateful using the Stamp From Studio G and Copper Kettle High Density Pigment Ink from Fiskars. The embellishment in the upper left and right corner are brads from a Family Kit I bought at Costco some time ago. The beautiful embellishment at the bottom of the page was made by Tammy Wallace, a lady that I do swaps with on the Swappin Sisters Club (SSC).
Same card stock used on this paper. Stamp from Studio G used the same ink also. I made this hat using the Celebrate with Flourish Cricut Cart.

Back to School

I used the celebrate with flourish cart for these cuts. I didn't write down the sizes I actually cut them out at. I was playing around with the cartridge to see how they would look and they came out pretty good. Too bad I forgot to write down the sizes.

More from Forever Young

I simply just love this cartridge. I promise I will post other projects too, but this one is my all time favorite cartridge there are so many things you do with this cart and I am in love with the ladies on it.

My plan is to create invitations for a Girl's Night Out Party, using these colors.

Can be used a birthday card or just embellishments on a page. I liked the color scheme, saw it in a fashion magazine and went for it.

Creating a princess book for my niece, she is 3, she likes Disney Princesses so I am making her a book.
Sunglasses from the Forever Young Cart and Ice cream 1 from the Sweet Treats Cart. I made these for a Summer/Vacation Swap on Cricuteers.

New Projects using the Forever Young Cartridge

This is my new favorite cartridge, there are so many things you do with it. birthday card, party invitations, girls night out invitations and much more.

Sunglasses I used a product called Glossy accents to get the illusion of a reflection, but it it did not turn out the way I thought it would next time I know to just put a layer on it and it will dry flat. No need to try to design it.

Model 12 and Model 11. All paper is just plain cardstock by Colorbok, the shadow is black, the model is a dark brown, hot ping outfits, light pink flowers on Model 12 and light pink belt and necklace for Model 11. The accessories on both have a little fruit punch stickle on them to give it a little bling.

Busy as a Bee!

Hello,

I have been very busy lately with the kids and their sports and school. I have been keeping a photo journal of my work that I have done, but have not posted it yet. Once it all slows down and I have a minute to log in and take the time to edit and post my work I will do exactly that. My next big project is going to be a scrapbook album for my daughter's basketball coach. There were 10 regular season games and I have some photos and video footage that I can turn into photos for the pages. I will be doing 2 pages for each game. Then I will do a photo of all the girls with their numbers on the page and have them autograph it for the coach. I am looking forward to this project, since the season is over I can relive the excitement from each game.

Happy Scrapping everyone. I promise to post more photos as soon as I have time.
