SOC Wish list

Over at SOC we have a Blog Challenge. This weeks blog is to a create a wishlist. My wishlist is as follows:

Peace and love for the world.
For my family and friends to stay healthy in 2013
For my children to continue to be great kids
To be able to forgive and forget those that have hurt me in past
For my scraproom to be clean and organized - I started a wishlist of items just for this room alone
To hook up the wireless printer to the network so I can print from anywhere and move the printer off the desk for more space
For all the members of SOC (you count as friends and family too), to happy, healthy, and to keep spreading the love through crafting.

    ScrapRoom Wishlist
    -Magazine organization
    -Rubber Stamp organization
    -Ribbon organization
    -Mobile Cart for frequently used items

Oh yeah last but not least I need money for all these organization tools I need! LOL!

Junior Prom May 5, 2012. My daughter going to Prom never thought she would ever wear a dress. She likes her jeans and T-shirts, so when she picked out a strapless girly girl dress I was shocked. She looked so pretty and very age appropriate for her.

5 Generations

This page contains 5 Generations of my family on it. All the photos were taken at a Mother Daughter Banquet that I usually attend each Mother's Day with my Grandmother. In the Photos listed from left to right, you have me standing over my Great Great Grandmother, who was 93, she passed away last month, then my grandmother in the pink suit, my aunt and I and then my niece. It was a lovely event and the last Mother's Day with Gammy. She was very dear and special to us all. She will be missed greatly.

Yellow and Pink Swap

This is a swap I completed you had to use Yellow and Pink, any shade was ok to use. This is what I came up with.

Valentine's Day Cupcake Card

I made this card from regular cardstock, a piece of scrap paper, some Martha Stewart embellishments, a Happy Valentine's Day Stamp and  the cupcake is from someone that I swapped with. She did not put her name on the swap and it was from last year's swap, so I don't remember who made it.

Week 4 Anytime Anywhere Scrapbook Challenge on SOC. This was from Valentine's Day 2010. My hubby picked this dress and the right size. We had a very nice night.

Baby Shower Samples

Just a few samples of some animals created using the cricut Create a Critter Cartridge for a baby shower that a friend is hosting.  I will make more monkeys to use as streamers and the onesies will be tied together with blue ribbon to make a banner that says "It's a boy" with an animal in between each word.

My Black is Beautiful Challenge #1 - Caramel

On SOC the Challenge is to create a book focusing on myself. The title of the challenge is called my Black is Beautiful. For this challenge we had to describe what our skin tone is, mine is Caramel and why we love it. I love it because it is who I am. Love the skin you're in.
